I never got to settle in; I left my bags there during the day and they were broken into! I called the hotel manager. Another issue was that they cancelled my stay at 17 h that day; I was in a meeting and only saw the message when I arrived at the hotel! In short, I ended up without a room, the hotel was full, and I felt abandoned! I had to find a very bad accommodation, far away, and at a much higher cost because of the timing.

The listing didn’t make it clear that the room didn’t belong to the hotel but to a private owner renting a unit on the premises. The photos and description gave the impression that we were booking a hotel room, yet when we arrived we found a very different setup. The furniture didn’t match the ad, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the bedding was awful. Also, breakfast wasn’t included. A serious problem was the room’s capacity: we booked for 4 people, the ad said it could accommodate that many, but there was only one double bed, making it totally unsuitable for four guests. We also had check‑in issues, which made the experience even worse. Terrible experience, far below what the ad promised. I don’t recommend it.

Nothing really stood out. I received a call from the hotel saying there was an issue with the unit I’d reserved and they wanted to move me to another hotel. The room they finally gave me was old and uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Check‑in was very difficult; I had booked for 4 days but the hotel only registered me for 2 days. Very confusing. The location was also a problem.

The location and building structure were good. The initial cleanliness of the room, its acoustics, and its décor were lacking.
