The staff were friendly and willing to help, but none of them could even say simple English words like “car park” or “toilet.” We were upset that they charged us in Thai Bht. instead of CNY, forcing us to pay a 5.5 % markup for currency exchange risk. There is no car park and the hotel sits on the corner of a busy street, making it uncomfortable to get in and out of a car. There is no parking lot or drop‑off area and the staff didn’t understand even the simplest English word.
