We were upgraded to the Mercure hotel at no extra cost, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Windhoek. Thanks, Kuusta. Everything was perfect—keep up the good work.

The breakfast offered multiple choices and the staff were kind. The downside was having to go to different places for dinner and breakfast, and the pool’s location relative to the room was inconvenient.
