The place is quiet and the Batumi city centre is a 20‑minute walk away, everything was straightforward, the central bus station was also within walking distance, and the price was very low, but the room lacked a trash bin.

Breakfast wasn’t included, but that was clear from the start; the owner was friendly and helpful, and the kitchen and bathroom met all expectations, though the room itself was very plain.

The location near the new bus station was convenient and the staff helped with an early check‑in, which I appreciated; the common area was pleasant even though I didn’t use it, and there was a warm blanket, but the room was cool and would have felt very cold without the blanket, and of course the weather in Batumi was typical.

The owner was very friendly, the room was nice and the value for money was good, but it was a bit damp since it’s a seaside town bungalow, and that big long-haired dog was in heat— I thought it wanted to cuddle, but it just lunged at my leg.

The proximity to the bus station is great. The room had a damp smell that seeped into the walls and contaminated my clothes, and there were a lot of mosquitoes.
