The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice; I liked that there was no carpet in the room and it looked newly remodeled; I also appreciated that my dog was allowed to stay, though I was unaware of the $25 pet fee. However, there were holes in the wall and some patch jobs that needed fixing or repainting, and some of the towels were stained.

We were evacuated because of the Hawk Fire, and the price for what we got was ridiculous; the front desk was run by someone dealing with a screen problem in India, very impersonal; the rooms were falling apart and the TV didn't work—everything was bad.

The bed was comfortable, but there was no live person to handle check‑in; it was done on a screen and I had to understand the worker on the other end, which made me uncomfortable discussing personal information questions with others present. The entrance and breakfast room were in horrible condition; I had expected a Windham property to be a good choice but was not impressed in the slightest. The bathroom wall had something yucky stuck on it, and the whole experience was not acceptable and I would not choose a Wyndam property again.

I never saw any staff during my entire stay, and homeless people were sleeping in the hallway the whole time; room service never came to our room, and the hotel grounds felt fifthy.

The place was decent and not too noisy, and the room was clean and nice, but there was no staff on the property to help with late‑night needs.
