The front desk team was pleasant, the hotel is close to Midway airport, and the shuttle was convenient, yet the room felt purely functional, lacked charm, and the thermostat behaved unpredictably.

The room was spotless and cozy, the staff were courteous, and the airport shuttle was available, but the van’s ride was rough and could use maintenance.

Comfy bed. Barbara was k8nd. No pool or hot tub to relax

The rate was excessively high, and there was an extra $30 a night parking fee.
