The hotel was a real gem, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding area. I was impressed by the hotel's attention to detail, from the fresh towels to the complimentary breakfast.

The service here was pretty subpar, and they even charged extra for early check-in. The only other thing that really stood out was the room service, which was basically non-existent. Overall, it's a shame because the location is great, but the poor service really brings down the experience.

The geyser wasn't working, so we didn't have any hot water, and the door wouldn't even close properly. To make matters worse, the hospitality was pretty lacking. It was a real struggle to get anyone to help us with anything.
