The location is great, the café in the winter garden is nice, there’s parking, a fee‑free ATM, and the rooms are clean. The only lift is operational, the second one is permanently out of service, causing long waits for many guests. There’s a waiting list for the pool and sauna. The breakfast buffet lacks variety, no cakes or fresh juice. Reception and service staff are unfriendly. The balcony needs renovation and has no furniture.

The location was excellent, the staff were warm and professional, and the room was large and comfortable with a spacious balcony; the shower was a bit small but manageable, and the café on the first floor offered lively music and dancing. The pool was tiny yet clean, and the spa could accommodate four people at once but no more. The food was superb—kudos to the chefs—and the full‑board plan always delivered tasty, varied dishes. However, the elevator situation was unacceptable: out of two lifts, only one worked both three years ago and on this recent visit, forcing us on the seventh floor to use the stairs; waiting up to 20 minutes for the lift is intolerable, and we won’t return unless both elevators are operational.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The food was delicious and highly recommended, and the beach was very close – we’ll definitely return. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is spotless, the staff are pleasant, the food selection is huge and delicious, the location is superb, and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable ❤️ it was wonderful and we’ll definitely come back after a short but lovely holiday.
