For my two‑day layover it was spot‑on: the staff were helpful, the tuk‑tuk drivers were good, and the bus depot for my next leg was right there. Nothing to criticize.

Owner never turned up to check me in, despite agreeing previously on my arrival time. When I called him and told him I was at the hotel, he pretended not to speak English and ended the call. Good price and an elevator. I booked a twin room but received a single room, and the bed was very low to the floor.
