The restaurant offers room service, the food is just okay. The spa area is nice enough. The room is spacious and looks good. Security issue: The parking lot was very crowded, so we had to leave our car key at reception in case they needed to move our car for someone else to exit. When we asked for the key back, they only requested the license plate number and car brand, not our name or room number, so hypothetically anyone could ask for the key. Moreover, there are empty parking spots right in front of the hotel that we were not allowed to use even to drop off luggage because they belong to permanent residents, apparently, yet they were always empty while the parking lot was full and parking was a struggle. Staff professionalism: At check‑in, the receptionist began addressing issues of two people ahead of us before finishing our check‑in, which took a long time even though our card had already been charged, making it hard for us who arrived late and were tired, including our 2‑year‑old. Breakfast was super crowded and it was difficult to find an empty table, mostly because of the abundance of 4‑person tables that were only used by 2 people at a time. The water and coffee placed on the table in the room are not complimentary, despite this being standard in other 4‑star hotels; they specifically place it on the table rather than the mini‑fridge so you would open it without thinking. Despite the room being spacious, there is very little storage space. The tile in the bathroom and shower is dangerously slippery. The kids’ pool is too small. The adult pool is quite deep even at the shallower end. There is only one small sauna.

Everything was superb: location, staff, room, spa facilities, breakfast. Nothing to say.
