Breakfast and the pool were great, but the room was dirty the first time I entered, the bedding was unclean, the toilet wasn’t washed, and there were visible hairs on the toilet bowl.

Breakfast, the rooms, and the view were all excellent.

The place was clean, the food was fine, the location was great, and the staff were excellent. The pool could have been cleaner, and the rooms need better sound insulation.

We booked the suite and, being on the fourth floor, we really liked having two separate rooms, each with a TV and a double bed. It was very quiet because of the top‑floor location. The biggest inconvenience was the room lacking a balcony or drying racks; we had to improvise to dry our swimsuits and towels even though we had asked for them at reception. The staff seemed somewhat inattentive to cleanliness in general, and in the rooms in particular – despite the “cleaning” sign, they didn’t sweep the floor even though there were plenty of hairs. Breakfast was not well stocked with sweets; it’s better to focus on the savory items.

The food was varied, the room was large and spacious, and the pool was great. However, the floor in the room wasn’t cleaned properly – there were hairs on it – and everything from the hallway could be heard in the room.
