I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 am and was told my reservation was cancelled because the hotel was overbooked. They didn’t arrange another place for me, so I had to find a new hotel on my own by about 6:00 am.

The toilet emitted a terrible odor that spread throughout the room, yet the bed was comfortable.

The room was spotless, and breakfast was fantastic: omelet, porridge, sausages, bread, croissants, cheese, vegetables, cottage cheese, and sour cream. The view is perfect—you can see the mountains, and the staff are very kind and friendly, so I really like this place.

This hotel is excellent. My husband and I often travel to Tbilisi for business and always stay here. It’s very convenient, the breakfasts are tasty, and the staff are friendly and always go the extra mile for guests. I highly recommend it. Everything is fine.
