It’s very tidy and spotless, and the staff are super friendly and always willing to help. I originally booked two nights but extended for three more. Even though the price was high, the hotel gave me a special discount without asking—what a lovely gesture of hospitality. The property is very peaceful. Usually beachfront places have a certain smell, but this one has none. The pool is beautiful. It’s the best place for families.

The nicest place we stayed in Thailand. Stylish, comfortable, modern. We had a room with pool access and two little kids, so it was easy to play and get some privacy. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it as comfortable as possible and got to know our kids in the kids club. It’s a little isolated from restaurants, and it’s hard to go out at night.

The pools were all amazing, especially villa pool x, the biggest private pool I’ve ever seen. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with many high‑quality options. Some items in the room were in disrepair: the scale didn’t work, some planks on the back deck were warped with corners lifted, and the bathtub leaked a bit from the bottom when filled too high. None of these stopped us from enjoying the room to the fullest.

It was a truly peaceful getaway—quiet, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I’d just suggest that all staff across every department keep a warm smile and speak politely and pleasantly with every guest; this is only a suggestion, as overall I really enjoyed everything. For example, some security staff at the entrance and some gardening team members could be a little more welcoming and friendly toward guests. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and truly enjoyed my stay.
