The hotel sits in a great spot, with several bars and a generous all‑inclusive selection; snacks are available outside the main breakfast, lunch, and dinner times, which is a nice touch. The king‑size bed was huge and a pleasant surprise! However, having only one key card for two people is inconvenient, and some areas, like the chair in the room, were visibly stained, so cleanliness could improve. The main restaurant suffers from a serious fly problem, which is annoying and could be mitigated.

“Incrível”

Everything was spot‑on – the room felt comfortable, the staff were friendly, the food was tasty and the grounds were clean. We were kept busy all day with activities and shows, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around. Honestly, we’d recommend it without hesitation.

“Mar e sol em frente ao hotel”

The hotel’s spot is unbeatable – right on the beach and just a short stroll to Santa Maria village – and the buffet, both in the main restaurant and at the beach bar, served decent food, especially the made‑to‑order grilled dishes. Some staff were warm and helpful, but the dining area felt cramped during busy meals and the bread never seemed fresh.

“Rasoável”

We loved the themed dinner at the Tradiçon restaurant, the comfortable room, and the pool area – all were highlights of the stay. On the downside, the package forced us into a buffet with wine and white drinks that felt a bit limiting. Overall, the positives outweighed the lack of choice in the all‑inclusive offering.

“Très bon séjour, cocon familial appréciable”

Everything about the trip was perfect and we had a wonderful time overall. The only hiccup was the Wi‑Fi, which kept dropping out now and then. Still, the stay was enjoyable despite that minor inconvenience.
