The hotel’s area is easy to access all places, very strategic in Hatyai town. The room also provides Malaysian plugs, a microwave for heating food from 7‑Eleven, and convenient Wi‑Fi for watching TV. The air‑conditioner in room 511 was not cool enough, and the bathroom wasn’t soundproof from the neighboring room—if possible, that could be fixed.

Our stay was exceptional thanks to the quietness of the neighbourhood, excellent cleanliness, and polite and helpful staff.The convenient location kept us close to a shopping mall and various food outlets, while the room itself was fully equipped for comfort with great air conditioning, comfortable bedding and pillows, ample clothes hanging space, a large fridge, and a microwave.
