The pool, cleanliness, scented room, Andre’s constant availability and smile, and the garden care were all excellent, and the room was refreshed daily. The Wi‑Fi was especially slow, and it stopped working entirely in the evening.

We had an amazing stay at Kakiang Guesthouse in Mushroom Bay; the location was perfect and the place was gorgeous. Andre, the host/manager, was fantastic and incredibly helpful. ☺️

Kailan Guesthouse is fantastic, located centrally near many restaurants and warungs. Scooter hire was easy, and Andre arranged a Manta Ray snorkeling trip and a taxi without any hassle. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful! The rooms were very pretty and you could see the owners put love into building the place. We had the best stay and everything we needed was nearby. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely place to stay in Lembongan. Andre was sweet and always available to help. He sorted snorkeling, taxis, and any requests immediately. The rooms were super comfortable and cleaned daily. There was a fridge at reception for guests. We even extended our stay by two days. If we ever return, we will definitely stay at Kakiang!
