The staff were helpful, yet when I arrived at night I tried to shower and the water was completely cold while the night was chilly, which made me very uncomfortable because I really needed to shower and had no other option, so I had to shower in freezing water; I hope they fix this issue because otherwise I wouldn't have given the top score.

The coffee machine was great and they handed me a beer as a welcome, but there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom of the room.
