The location was perfect; after attending an event at the pub, staying upstairs meant a quick walk back to my room. I was disturbed by staff using a leaf blower outside my window around 7:30‑8 am on a Sunday.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the pillows were amazing, and the building’s character added to the charm. However, the back door never locked, making me feel a little unsafe when I went to the bathroom at 3 am.

The room was small but incredibly cozy, and the bathroom and toilets were spotless, though there was no hot water. The lunch was tasty and reasonably priced. The only downside was that the rooms could use more light.
