The reception was clean and beautiful, and the staff were cooperative. The bathroom was poor, basic items like towels were only provided on request instead of being placed proactively, the bed sheets were clean but a bit itchy.

The area was very nice and clean, the staff were excellent, and the location was great for families. The only downside was that it was near a school.

The location was good, but the food was lacking.

The management clearly needs to learn more.

The furniture, room size, and receptionist’s behaviour were good, but the toiletries were terrible and both the TV and Wi‑Fi performed poorly.
