A perfect place for relaxation and pampering!
“Отличный отель, стоит своих денег. С удовольствием приедем еще раз и посоветуем друзьям и знакомым.”
The location is wonderful, very cozy and beautiful hotel. The room had all the conveniences, and I really liked the surprise thank‑you from the hotel (wine and fruit). The windows looked out onto the picturesque nature of Godeizhi. The breakfast had a wide selection of dishes. The spa had a small drawback: the sauna didn’t work very well, the temperature was insufficient, we asked the reception to raise the heating temperature, but it was never increased.
This resort on a beautiful beach tops every expectation—definitely worth a visit. The room was huge, clean, and cozy, and from the balcony you could see the mountains in a magical light. The spa is especially noteworthy, offering a truly relaxing experience, and everything on the property is designed to make you feel comfortable and at ease.
Lovely… but quiet location. Outside of ski season there is nothing commercial in the area except the hotel and a couple of tiny rustic cafés. The hotel was very comfortable. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were excellent, although I’m not sure how they would cope with a full hotel. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. Before going I had read some negatives about the restaurant but the food I had was very good and the restaurant manager/staff went out of their way to accommodate different food requirements of my partner. Only small complaint: when I asked for a change of sauce the waitress thought “yes” but later came back from the kitchen to say “no”, I would have to pay for the alternative sauce. I thought it strange for the kitchen to be determining pricing for clients. Giving the kitchen a break I assumed the original sauce was pre‑prepared in the meal but both sauces came out on separate bowls … so there should have been no issue with my initial request. As it turned out the original “normal” sauce was excellent. I had also asked for different potatoes, available elsewhere on the menu, with another dish, but the waitress herself said no to this. The restaurant was very quiet so “variations” should really not have caused the kitchen an issue…and kept the paying client happy. The above comments are small quibbles for management. As I wrote our overall experience with the hotel, reception and spa staff and in particular the restaurant personnel was excellent.
“In total it was ok.”
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable; the location was spot‑on. However, after using the jacuzzi everyone in the group got a severe infection that caused a lot of discomfort, so I’d advise against it for safety reasons. If the children’s playground had been better maintained and not so broken, it would have added value to such a pricey stay.
