The room was comfortable, the location was great, the staff were friendly, and both breakfast and room service were good. However, the toilet flusher didn't work properly and the water flow was very minimal.

Overall hygiene was good, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the food was decent. The lift performed poorly for a hotel of this standard, and the building sits on the fourth floor. Security was ineffective, and the connected shopping mall was confusing. No one was there to receive us or handle our luggage, so it would be better to set up a small reception desk on the ground floor to welcome guests and escort them to the fourth‑floor reception.

Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a particularly tasty omelette on offer. However, the selection was a bit limited, so if you're a picky eater, you might find yourself getting a bit bored.

We found the hotel to be reasonably priced, which was a big plus. However, the staff services were a bit lacking, which was a shame.
