The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always polite 😁, and we had no issues at all. We came to town for the Beetle Juice live show, but the beds were so uncomfortable that it ruined the experience.

The location was perfect for traveling to and from the KC Chiefs ballgame, and room service and staff were always amazing.

The overall quality was really high and everything was mostly clean, but there was a bug in the sink and the adjoining rooms were loud.
