The restaurant was amazing and the food was very delicious, but we never had sheets changed and the room was never cleaned, tidied, or fully restocked during our stay.

The place is quiet and peaceful, and the view is unique. The base is large, so even with many guests you don’t feel “crowded.” The food in the restaurant is tasty and the portions are large. Breakfast is also exceptionally tasty and suitable for the location. The staff are extremely friendly and positive, but a little inadequate. The base needs basic cleaning of the green areas. Our room was clean at first glance, but the night locker had dust, cup prints, and lint. The kids’ corner, especially the swing, is dangerous for the girl. It was broken and placed in an extremely unsuitable spot. The pool, when we arrived, had green tiles and was full of dirt. They cleaned it after 2 days, but the kids’ area did not function at all. It was covered and there were broken and shattered toys around it. It definitely needs basic cleaning of the green areas and systematic care to make the complex even more pleasant for its guests.

The name fits perfectly. The view is amazing at any time of day or night. The room was spacious, clean, and again with a view. Modern and beautiful. The spa facilities were well maintained, again with a view. The pool was cleaned every day. The food at the restaurant was tasty. The staff were courteous and responsive. A very wonderful place for a holiday with so many fine details that it feels like it was made with thought, taste, and no effort spared. This won’t be our last visit. It truly has everything and is a paradise you don’t want to leave.

A fantastic place! ❤️ Paradise View truly lives up to its name – the view is incredible, the atmosphere is calm, and you can really disconnect from everything. Everything was clean, well maintained, and done with great taste. The location is wonderful, especially if you want to enjoy the nature and beauty of the area around Sarnitsa and the Dospat reservoir. We left with great impressions and would definitely come back. It’s one of those places you don’t just visit, you remember. ❤️ I recommend it with both hands!
