The staff are friendly and great, but the wait times for meals were never on time to open.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, and the dining team deserves extra kudos – we stayed in and out the whole time for the Carnival Festivities, and they made sure we ate, drank, and even helped us into our costumes. However, there were several hidden fees that appeared between booking, check‑in, and check‑out, but aside from that the experience was great.

The dining room hostesses tried to accommodate and were mostly pleasant, while the rest of the staff were less so. The nightly entertainment was the highlight of the week. Check‑in ran late, even though they offered us refreshments to wait. They apparently have a leak issue, as water started dripping from the roof over our night, forcing us to move rooms at midnight and leaving a pair of sandals behind that never came back. The facilities need an upgrade, breakfast stayed unchanged the whole week, and overall the property requires proper maintenance; there isn’t really a beach.
