“Much Better Than It Used To Be!!”

When my 5‑year‑old grandson, his grandpa, and I arrived late, Mary the night manager was incredibly helpful in locating a room despite the ongoing remodeling; many rooms were nearly finished or ready to rent. After settling in, I discovered there was no remote, so I fetched one, but the TV screen was broken and the picture didn’t work—an issue that was tough with a 5‑year‑old and no TV, and they never replaced it. Additionally, there was no vanity light and only two small pillows for the two double beds. The renovations look nice, but aside from Mary, the rest of the staff could improve their customer service. That’s the end of my review.

Nothing at all, but the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the smell was very bad.

“Worst Super 8 Ever!”

The room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I found a roach in the bed. There was no soap, body wash, shampoo, extra pillows, or blanket. The toilet wouldn’t flush and was loose from the floor, the shower was dirty, and there were no bath or face towels. The front door frame was broken and the door lacked an inside lock. The mattresses were still covered in plastic, with the maid only placing a sheet over them, and the floor was dirty. The promised wifi and TV were missing, and the lighting was poor and unsafe. This is the worst Super 8 motel I’ve ever stayed at, and I want a refund.

“Disgusting 🤢”

Drug‑infested prostitution was happening right outside my door, the air was thick with the smell of drugs and funk, and the sheets were filthy. I also had no towels or toilet paper.
