The idyllic setting by the pond offers night-time tranquility, and the cozy cabin is very comfortable; it also serves as a starting point for countless hiking routes.

The little troll houses are absolutely cute and a huge hit with kids; we had a wonderful meal in the restaurant and the staff were very attentive, but the bathroom is in the main house, which can be a bit tricky at night for small children or older guests even though it’s well lit.

The lakeside location with swimming access, good food, pleasant atmosphere, and very friendly reception are all positives, but the room was quite noisy.

Breakfast was okay and the staff were friendly, yet we wouldn’t call it a bungalow; it’s a small wooden hut also called a troll, and the toilet and laundry are in the main house up and down the mountain, so for the price it feels very sparse.
