The staff were very attentive and the cleaning was also noteworthy, but the jacuzzi didn’t work; they tried fixing it by tripping the breaker with no success. We had to move to a lower‑tier room without any discount.

I wasn’t happy at all. The price was too high for a basic room that offers neither coziness nor glamour. A portion of the bathtub’s light shower flooded the entire area, forcing us to wade through water to reach the room. The potato portion we ordered was drenched in oil and extremely small, and the caipiroska drink was just water with a handful of old strawberries.
