A spacious, comfortable room with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is very complete and high quality. The hosts helped us with everything we needed and treated us exceptionally well. I recommend it 100%. Nothing negative.

What I liked most about Patio 101 was its perfect location, just a short walk from everything San Vito Lo Capo has to offer while still being peaceful and relaxing. The property was spotlessly clean every single day, with exceptional attention to detail. I also felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay, which made it easy to relax. Finally, the breakfasts were superb—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of choice. Every morning was a real treat and the perfect way to start the day. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. My two‑week stay exceeded all of my expectations. In fact, I’m going to return in June 2027, which says everything about how much I enjoyed my time at Patio 101.

A great place with a prime location, right near the main street and the beach. The hosts are extremely friendly and the lunch is a real 10/10, with plenty of options. They even accommodated my allergies by buying gluten‑free and lactose‑free products. The place is impeccably clean, smells nice, and the room is super modern. I highly recommend it.

A perfect stay! The hotel is beautiful, ultra‑modern, and the cleanliness is truly impeccable. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach. A special thank you to the owner: a wonderful person, incredibly welcoming and attentive to every little detail. We felt at home from the very first moment. We’ll definitely return! Letizia and Anna 😊
