The location and staff were good. I upgraded from a bunk to a private room when I arrived. The room had everything you could need, but it could have been cleaner. There was mold in the shower, a blood stain on the bedroom wall, and the bed sheets were ragged.

Muy poco mantenido. Los lockers no funcionan. No hay ascensor. Las salas no tienen control de acceso. No te dan llave para nada

The bed looked made, but the sheets clearly had not been changed and smelled like the previous guest. The bathroom was also very dirty, and there was only one bathroom for around 20 people. Since the room is shared with many people, there was almost always someone making noise, which made it difficult to sleep

The staff were really sweet and helpful! The location was great. The bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet inside the dorm, even though there were 30 beds. It was nice that the lighting was dimmed when you needed to sleep. Hot water. Free water. The locks didn’t work, so it wasn’t possible to lock your things inside. I was able to leave my valuables at the reception – fortunately. There was only one toilet and one shower per floor (for 30 beds). However, there were 4 toilets and showers on level 4. BUT! While I was there, 2 of those 4 showers didn’t work, and not all toilets worked either. The toilets and showers need renovation. Several of them look unsightly because of wear. It would be nice to have a small mirror and a tighter latch inside the capsule. If they fix those things, I could recommend the place, because it’s a nice spot for a few nights.
