Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The hotel is in the center and the staff are kind, but we were three and the second bed was just a pull‑out sofa that wasn’t very comfortable. The room itself was already quite small, almost a void. In the bathroom the shower only allowed water to be turned on from the top. We had a terrace but didn’t feel like using it. Parking was far away, which is typical for any central accommodation. Not every apartment had a kitchen area; we only had a kettle and a mini fridge.

It’s well located in Santa Teresa, comfortable, clean, and the staff are very friendly, but it feels a bit pricey; I think it’s more of a 3‑star than a 4‑star.

The apartments were great in the city center, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and they cleaned daily. The GPS couldn’t find the place because it shows up in the walking zone.

The reception girls were impeccable, but the breakfast bar was terrible and there was a lack of seriousness in respecting the opening hours.

The spot is superb and surprisingly quiet even though the apartments are only 50 meters from the main square. The staff were very helpful and the apartments come fully equipped. Nothing else to note.
