I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which I would rate as the worst experience of my life. The check-in process took over two hours, and the staff seemed completely unbothered. To make matters worse, the air conditioning fans would suddenly blast loudly in the middle of the night, making it impossible for me to get a wink of sleep. There were also strange noises and vibrations throughout the room.
