It felt warm and homey, but the breakfast had to be paid for separately.

The room was big enough, very clean, and the breakfast (banh mi + banana + coffee or tea) was delicious; you could drop off luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. The manager was lovely and always available, and I had laundry done the next morning for 40k VND/kg; the clothes came back in great condition and smelled wonderful. It was a bit out of town from the center of Sapa.

The owner was there with advice and help, the accommodation was lovingly designed, everything was very clean and always guest‑oriented. Breakfast was always tasty and beautifully presented. The only downside was that there were no seating pieces on the balcony, which made it barely usable.
