The room was large and roomy, but there were no blinds and the bathroom felt a little too small.

Everything was impeccably clean, and every extra request was handled smoothly and with great friendliness. Early check‑in was possible without hassle, and the staff were very pleasant. The accommodation was perfect for a nearby festival, and we would definitely return.

It was an absolute disaster; we had booked a balcony room but received none, and the staff offered no solution, instead lying to us. The room was filthy, the bathroom was full of black hair, the place was extremely noisy and stuffy, and the toilet stank. I will never stay here again; even a single night was an ordeal.
