We had a great stay at this hotel, the location was perfect and it was really quiet at night. The street had some nice shops and the metro station for line 18 was just a short walk away. Our family room was comfortable, with great beds and a lovely breakfast. The reception staff were really friendly and welcoming every time we passed by.

The street had some useful shops and supermarkets, and the staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. We appreciated the free laundry and being able to take breakfast to our room. However, the hotel was a bit far from the center and airport, and the decor could use an update - the bathroom was a bit basic.

The staff here were super helpful when we asked to switch rooms, and the new room was really modern and comfy. No issues with our stay, everything worked out smoothly.

The hotel's location isn't ideal, but it's easy to get around from here. The room was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily - a big plus. However, the staff's language skills could use some work, and the coffee served was subpar. They tried their best, but it's an area that needs improvement.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, close to the metro and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The breakfast was amazing, with loads of options, and our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The daily bottle of water was a nice touch. Only downside was the language barrier with the staff, but a translation app sorted us out.
