The property is very tidy and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and each comes with a balcony, plus the air conditioning works well and everything is well maintained. I’d give this place a five‑star rating. There’s nothing to complain about.

The location was spot‑on, just a short walk from Churchgate rail station and the metro, and taxis are always ready at Marine Drive. The view was gorgeous, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The place itself was clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was that the lift broke during our stay, so we had to use the hotel lift next door to reach the fifth floor, but management fixed it quickly and the staff were very supportive while the lift was out of service.
