“molto bello complimenti a tutto il personale”

I appreciated the professionalism of the receptionist, the pool, the magnificent view, the well‑maintained garden, the fairly good restaurant, and the remote, green setting away from other facilities. However, sometimes the pool area wasn’t very clean, showing traces from the previous evening’s camp; I understand smoking is allowed, yet I would suggest designated non‑smoking zones around the pool, bar, and restaurant, because guests were smoking compulsively even with children present.

The location was great, and I liked the pool and the view, but the furniture felt old, insects appeared in my room, and there was no room service.

The pool was very nice, the walk to the lake was short, overall quiet and peaceful, breakfasts were good, the place was clean, and although the parking was tight, a spot was always found. I booked the pricier, supposedly better, larger room (room 16) and it turned out to be a mistake: those larger rooms are underground beneath the restaurant, have a worse view, the air felt musty, and the balcony doors were absurdly noisy and difficult to open—needing both hands and a leg to hold the lower edge. Wi‑Fi was weak, the location required a car, and the mattresses were very soft and sagging.

“Très agréable”

I liked the large pool and the ample lounge chairs, but there are many steps.
