During our tour of Italy this was the best place and week. We enjoyed the silence between the almond and olive groves, the culinary and price‑correct dinners on the terrace, the pleasant and entertaining stories of the ‘il professore’ Domenico, the shared breakfast at the long table, and the location was a good base to explore Puglia. It is unfortunate that the pool was only for viewing and the air‑conditioning at first wasn’t ready for the exceptional heat there even in September.

“Tolle Atmosphäre, phänomenales Dinner!”

An extraordinary place! The hosts were extremely friendly, the atmosphere was family‑like. We learned many interesting facts about the place and its history. We had half‑board. The 4‑course dinner in the evening was phenomenal. All in all, a very recommendable accommodation where we felt very comfortable.

Masseria is a very beautiful and traditional building, well maintained by Emilia and Domenico, who were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcomed. It is located outside of Torrito, so you need some time to visit various places. Masseria offers dinner, which we tried almost every night we stayed there, and it was amazing! Different options every day by the chef they hire, with a very good selection of wines. Domenico is very aware of the area and can offer interesting places to visit.

“Agréable mais des améliorations à prévoir”

Charm of the building, quiet environment (Olive trees everywhere), ability to dine on site (but random kitchen). The pool was dirty and in bad condition; the air‑conditioning was not working.

The breakfast and morning breakfast were very good. It was fun to have a dog and many cats. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable. The outdoor area did not live up to expectations, the pool was filthy and the chairs and benches were worn out. It is located far from everything.
