The personnel, cleanliness, location and refreshments were all excellent. Because the room faced the balcony with a glass storage, there was a noise issue from the sound.

The air‑conditioning unit (located above the entrance door) leaked water. I couldn’t use it and had to sleep with the window open, which made the heat unbearable.

The location, building and quiet area were great, and everything could be done on foot. A pastry shop/bar below the building was excellent for breakfast. The place isn’t a full apartment; it’s rooms with a bathroom. I stayed in room 4, which is renovated and tasteful, but the mattress was a major problem that really needs to be replaced. The other issue was that because the rooms are so close, I could hear the TV on from the neighboring guests.
