The location is in a residential area, just 3 minutes to the nearest subway (Marounuchi Line) and 15‑20 minutes on foot to Shinjuku; it feels like a typical Japanese capsule hotel with all the described amenities, nothing missing. The only thing lacking is a Japanese toilet.

I appreciate that it’s a studio flat, giving me privacy, but the mattress could have been thicker.

The room had a double bed and a sofa bed, giving plenty of space to sleep comfortably. There were many supplies such as towels and toilet paper, which made me feel secure. Nothing else to complain about.
