The building is pretty, the room looks nice, and the breakfast hall and buffet are lovely. Given the price, we expected a better spa experience, and when we booked we didn’t realize the access was time‑restricted.

I liked the location right in the middle of Spa and close to beautiful surroundings. A classic 5* hotel with warm and welcoming staff who are always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast buffé is fantastic and the wellness facility is excellent. Not criticism - but it was a little odd that the hotel has minimum staffing on Mondays. No valet or maintenance for most of the day so chose to park my rental car in and out of the garage myself which was not a problem
