Breakfast was good.

A large room with a kitchen, fridge (with freezer), and a big table with good chairs; the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety and a good coffee machine, and the food at the restaurant tasted very good.

The sauna area was nice and inviting, and the restaurant staff were friendly. However, the room had obvious wear and was not clean; the front desk was unoccupied at check‑in, so complaints couldn’t be made right away. There’s a pillow menu, but you must choose your pillow before 12 pm, so on arrival you miss that option.

A tiny room with a balcony. The room wasn’t very clean, and I missed a kettle and a mini fridge. The hand soap in the bathroom was actually shampoo! The place feels less cozy than the photos suggest, and the overall vibe is lacking. The manager was extremely rude, harsh, and used terrible language during the checkout dispute over the tourist tax amount, which didn’t match our booking confirmation. We pointed out the discrepancy, but the manager marched into the reception like a thundercloud. It turned out the price had increased after we booked, and neither the hotel nor the booking platform bothered to update it. Suddenly it became our responsibility as guests, which is completely unacceptable.
