The food was decent, but at check‑in I had to wait a long time in the lobby and there was no water available. The reception staff did not speak Russian, no translator was provided, and the safe was not secured or attached.

The place was noisy with a lot of children, and the atmosphere was simply unpleasant.

It’s nice to have water slides and a relaxing pool, plus an open bar. The hotel was dirty, the dining room offered no variety, and the elevators were shaky and genuinely frightening.

Nothing positive to say. The room was infested with fleas, the food was unappetising, the rooms were broken and shabby, and we were billed for charges that had never been agreed upon.
