A 10‑15 minute walk to downtown, staff were okay, but only one charging point in the room, curtains let in streetlights at night, no nearby eateries, and no mini‑fridge or kettle to boil water.

The place is clean, but I booked a double‑bed room and was given a single‑bed one instead of the advertised double bed for that price.

Great location, rooms are simple yet comfortable, clean, and have basic amenities, overall good value for money. The reception area and entrance corridor could be better presented, more comfortable and appealing, as they are the first impression of the hotel.

The location is very close to El Centro, about 500 metres to the boundary of the area, with many shops, bars and restaurants; the air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaning crew were very good. Bryan, the owner/manager, was very helpful. My room could have used a chair for the writing surface, but I didn’t ask Bryan for one, so I shouldn’t complain.
