The spot was absolutely incredible, and the accommodation was within walking distance of a local pub, shops, the train station, restaurants, and the beach, yet secluded enough to enjoy peace and a lovely sea view. Everything was impeccably maintained, clean, and detailed; it seemed like a lot of care went into the setup, meeting all our needs. The modern bathroom and surprisingly spacious kitchen were great for cooking, and the bed was comfortable and cozy. The outdoor spa bath was a nice touch, and there was also a chiminea, a small garden area at the back for shelter, a fire pit with cooking accessories in front, and ample parking. The property was gated with an extra gate for the decking, allowing dogs to roam safely if desired. I couldn’t fault anything and would stay again immediately. The owner was lovely and accommodating, providing a bottle of wine, chocolates, fresh milk in the fridge, and dog treats for our canine companion. The place was ready very early, so we could check in earlier if needed. It exceeded my expectations—thank you so much! The only issue was that we couldn’t stay longer; also, the wooden panel above the raised bed can be a hazard for tall, clumsy people—my partner, who is 6'4, kept bumping his head on it, so that’s a heads‑up. Otherwise, the space size and hut height were perfect, giving us plenty of comfort regardless of the weather inside or out.
