I liked the breakfast, the view from the room, and how clean everything was, but the staff were nowhere near friendly. During breakfast the dishes ran out and the utensils were dirty, and when I ordered food delivery and met the driver, a front‑desk employee asked me if I knew where I was going. I said, “Yes, I’m going to my room,” and they assumed I was the delivery guy. That was not okay and left me feeling confused—why would that employee say that?

Everyone at the front desk and throughout the hotel was friendly, approachable, and gave excellent customer service; they greeted you without hesitation. The room was clean, the breakfast service was tasty, the selection was great, and everything was easy.
