“Don't stay here if you need an elevator or you're disabled and need ground floor”
I paid him $1,000 pesos to park my car, but when I reached the front desk I learned there are no ground‑floor rooms and no elevators—at 70 years old I can’t climb stairs. I told him I wanted to cancel, but they couldn’t help because there’s no internet to contact your booking service, and they had no phone number. I left and found another place 400 mi to the south. I’m not happy. I stared him in the eye and said I needed to cancel because I can’t walk up the stairs. He said I could just contact people online, but the internet doesn’t work here. The water and the restaurant were also bad; I waited at the front counter for half an hour and then drove away.
