The location is great, staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean—nothing more you could ask for at this price. Overall, I would recommend. The room had two single beds that we combined to make one, so a double bed option would have been better. The place is pretty cheap, so you can’t expect extra bells and whistles; it’s a good no‑fuss option.

The hotel sits pretty close to the slope and there are a lot of rental shops nearby, but the toilets aren’t heated.

The staff were great and the service helpful, and everything is just a short walk away, though the entrance felt a bit icy.

The staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating, especially Toby who was amazing!!! The rooms were very comfortable and warm during the snowy days, making this the first choice if we return to Madarao. Nothing to add!
