The area was quiet, the rooms were spacious, and Adel and Taher at reception were friendly. The breakfast didn’t offer enough options and it didn’t feel like a five‑star experience.

The location, parking and the room overall were fine. The breakfast at $50 is very overpriced.

The staff—Mohamed, Ruthy, and another young lady at the reception, whose name I can’t recall—were absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. The breakfast waiters were very kind and polite. This is my preferred hotel in Jerusalem, and it didn’t disappoint me again! The pool had a problem and was extremely hot. The hotel addressed it immediately, and it was just bad luck that I stayed during the incident. I still managed to swim and relax.
