It overlooks the sea even though there’s no beach to swim on; there’s no air conditioning, the window won’t open, and the room feels suffocatingly hot.

The place is close to the beach, though it wasn't very clean. From the shared terrace you can see the beach and a coconut tree. The accommodation sits in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by friendly locals. It's a 15‑minute walk to a lively tourist area, so you can enjoy the calm here. The room was tidy. We booked it just to shower before our flight, and it was perfect. Key hand‑over was easy and the staff were pleasant. The downside was the lack of a mosquito net and air‑conditioning, so the room felt stuffy. When two people showered together, one of us got cold water. Overall it works.

The hosts were welcoming and the spot faces the sea. I asked for a bouquet of flowers for my wife on arrival and they kindly brought it. The others are very helpful and smile a lot. The beach photos don't match reality, there were two cockroaches in the bathroom, and the bed was uncomfortable.
