The room was rustic yet charming, the overall cleanliness was good, the location was excellent, and the view of the glacier was beautiful, but the mattress was only 10 cm thick, which is quite uncomfortable if you’re not used to it.

Everything was very clean and cozy, the host was ready to give advice on whatever I asked, we were allowed to park right in front of the accommodation, and the location was great for exploring both the town of Cogne and its surroundings, though the breakfast was a bit tight because we like a hearty start.

The spectacular view and the very quiet location made for an excellent breakfast, but because I’m allergic to dust I found the room dusty, especially the curtains and armchair covers, and it ruined my sleep since I had no antihistamine.

The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, the room was incredibly cozy and comfortable, and Sara’s warm, friendly, and thoughtful hospitality made staying here after our mountain hike feel like coming home; it was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
